Counselling Services in
Etobicoke and Online

All of our therapy services are offered in-person in Etobicoke, and virtually anywhere in Ontario

Individual Therapy

By meeting with an individual therapist, you are taking a step towards gaining clarity and insight into the way you think and feel. An individual therapist can provide clarity and understanding to your experience as well as provide the tools and techniques for you to create the life you want.

What distinguishes couples therapy from individual therapy, is that couples therapy focuses on the relationship as the client. Together you and your partner can focus on increasing communication skills, building or enhancing emotional and physical intimacy, and overall strengthening the quality of your relationship. You or your partner may find it beneficial to continue or begin individual therapy to have a separate space where you can focus on yourself.

Parents may feel worried when they see changes in behaviour in their child or in their relationship; therapy can teach kids age appropriate coping skills and the ability to express themselves to their parents and explain what they are feeling. Of course, safety is always put first, and the limits of confidentiality will be clearly discussed with you and your children before any therapy begins. Introducing therapy to children and adolescents welcomes them into a space that is totally theirs. Children and teens are free to express and explore their feelings with a professional that can help them put words to how they feel, learn safe and helpful ways to process their feelings and experiences, and just be themselves without any judgment.

EFT Tapping Therapy

Emotional freedom technique, also known as EFT Tapping, is an intervention that can be used in session to help alleviate emotional distress through stimulation of acupressure points.

Each therapist offers a limited number of sliding scale spots at $130. A short questionnaire will be required to determine your eligibility.
